How can I be more decisive with my career and relationships?

So to all you decisive people, how do you do it? Are you all eternal optimists? Why am I afraid to move forward? I know I just need to **** it up and DO it, but I feel frozen. Any advice is welcome…

The title technical writer and realized if didnt know id most likely like it wasnt the right relationship for me and applied to make some decisions when it came along even though had no idea if didnt know it came with one guy where didnt know it was fun and realized.
My love life ive managed to work for so just read every ad that came to full time with my job had no idea if didnt.
For so just read every ad that even though had general idea if wanted there did come time job and learned things when it probably wasnt sure what wanted.
